Stealth: This is definitely the skill that Ayva has spent the most time on and is getting ever closer to mastering. This is the skill that she enables her to move almost silently through any terrain, with a high level of agility.

Lip reading: Ayva has the ability to read the lips or mouth movements of numerous races, although she struggles when trying to interpret the speech of some races.

Beginner computer hacking: Ayva can hack computers, but her talent in this field is extremely limited. So far, she can only hack into computers that have barely any protection. Effectively she can only hack into computers of basic businesses.

Appearance:

Ayva stands at 5’3”, with a slim, athletic build. She has a rather tomboyish appearance with a small chest and light skin. Her hair reaches just past her shoulders, it is a dark brown with much lighter highlights. It is quite wild and has a natural parting which causes some hair to flop over her face. Her eyes are a dark green colour with full lips.

She wears a tight fitting tank top, which is grey. Over this she tends to wear a black leather jacket that reaches her waist. She wears blackish, tight trousers which are made of a soft, durable material. On her right thigh is a strap which holds a small dagger. As for her footwear she wears black boots that end go just above her ankles. Depending on the situation, she can alter her attire.

Personality:
Ayva is a very rough person with a brutish manner who often appears simple. In times that most would panic in, she shows common sense, although not much in the way of cunning. When it comes to what she calls ‘cases’ (her assassinations) she likes to try and plan, although she’s not very good at it. This means that she tends to be more of an on the spot, improvisation kind of person. Because of her job she likes to be ‘in touch’ with her surroundings, resulting in her often touching, smelling and even licking things around her to better get to know the area that she is in.

She often portrays herself as a pragmatist and is known to switch sides in the middle of a ‘case’ because she is offered more money by another side. The only exception to this is if someone earns her trust and loyalty. The only people who have done this so far are her family. This can’t be seen easily as she doesn’t often mention her family, or much about her, but once in a while the subject comes up briefly.
Rarely, people get to see hints of a softer, more complex person than she seems to be most of the time, and these times are when those who she has come to ‘care’ for are in danger or hurt. When it comes to this she displays what she feels are ‘weak’ displays of fear, such as: a fear of death, a fear of loss and the like. Some have said that this is more often displayed in her strong attachment to her weapons.

History:
Ayva was born on Dantooine as Ayva Nyine. On Dantooine, the war was rarely mentioned, due to the purely agricultural nature of its inhabitants. From a young age Ayva was taught the ins and outs of basic skills like; cooking, cleaning and manners. She was often picked on by other children because of her manners and that was when she would start fistfights. Her mother actually had quite a fierce nature, so other parent’s blamed the attitude of the child on her mother. It was when she came home one night with a black eye and another adult that they decided it had gone too far. She’d broken another child’s arm at the tender age of eight, and they knew of one thing that could help. Anger management. And lots of it.

When Ayva entered her adolescence she began to begin to act as a normal girl. She had several boyfriends during this time but most got annoyed with her attitude and this left her being rather unpopular. It was when she was working on the farm and a band of thugs attempted to steal from the house and she used a rake to murder one of them. She was punished and sentenced to seven years of confinement which she did not enjoy. She spent most of them time undergoing more anger management.

When she was let out, at the age of 21, she was told of two things: the war and her mother’s disappearance. As far as anyone knows her mother is still missing and had been for three months. This left her with a feeling of guilt, which built into more anger. From there she would get into arguments with her younger brother who blamed her for the absence of one parent. Shortly after, she took off. When she reached her destination she began training immediately. For years she followed an elder assassin around, helping on ‘cases’ or just watching and learning from the sidelines. It was gruelling and she often wanted to quit, but she thought of the freedom that it would provide her with, and the way her mother had always spoken about following dreams. Since a young age she had dreamed of a job where she could put her anger and her strength to use. Now, the opportunity was presenting itself, she jumped. When she had completed her training she was officially an assassin, but she disagreed with the opinions of her peers and left soon after becoming a fully fledged member. Since then, she has offered herself out for hire as a normal assassin. Due to the tender status of the galaxy, she found herself inundated with requests.
